"Absolutely amazing, the staff here answer all you questions, claims are a seamless process. Had to file a clamp recently, no problems with the shop or rental even given this time of year making every slower. Every hiccup was handled before I even knew it happened need more time in the shop done, rental extension handled it’s just amazing. 10/10 would recommend."

"Reached out more than once after my car was hit ( the other person admitted fault) and they are not willing to help whatsoever. This is after I called the adjuster from the person at fault and left a voicemail… possibly switching insurance companies"

Although we do not want to hear that you are frustrated with your claim and have now provided our Agency a low review, I think this is a great opportunity to revisit where you are in your claim process and to address any misunderstandings. Your State Farm auto policy only has Liability coverage with NO coverage for Collision Claims that would apply to allowing State Farm to handle your claim in this situation. With that being said - we explained the claims process at least 2 times over the telephone. It sounds like you obtained the information of the other liable party that hit you and made contact with them. If they are currently with insurance coverage, you should be able to file a claim against their insurance policy by contacting that insurance company directly. It sounds like you also talked to someone from that insurance company. We also advised if they are not currently insured then this opens up the Uninsured Property Damage Coverage of your State Farm Insurance policy. We have not heard back from you that they are not insured. Currently it sounds like you have a claim open with the other insurance company and would need to continue to work with them to finalize the claims process. If you would like to talk about this process again - please give us a call at 330-645-0111. We are in the office Monday - Friday from 9 - 5 to assist you. "
